Terms & Conditions
Private Pleasures and its affiliates provide their services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all of the policies incorporated by reference ("Policies").
These terms and conditions together with the Policies constitute the entire agreement between Private Pleasures and the user and supersede and cancel all prior agreements, claims, representations and understandings.

Where any condition or warranty cannot be excluded under applicable legislation Private Pleasures liability for breach of condition or warranty shall be limited to either:

replacing the product; or |

crediting the cost of the product to the user. |

The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering from Private Pleasures you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order. |
Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Given the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available.
Please choose carefully before you buy. We will not exchange on the basis due to poor selection or if the product does not meet your expectations. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement.
Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. You should send an email to complaints@privatepleasures.com.au notifing us of your intention and a brief note detailing the nature of the defect, together with your contact and address details. Upon recieving your email we will email you with the address to return the goods to. You should then return the goods with all orginal packaging. Our warehouse will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will receive a replacement of the same product.

If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your payment has been cleared and another email when your order is sent to you. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the supplier. |

Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours provided the products are in stock. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 72 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised Estimated Time of Arrival. |

If there is no-one to accept delivery, our courier will take your package to the nearest Australia Post Office. Our courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Private Pleasures in order to pick-up your package. |
