If there is no-one to accept delivery, our courier will take your package to the nearest Australia Post office. Our courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. When you add an item to your shopping cart you will be taken to the shopping page, which shows you what is in your shopping cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Checkout" button. |

We'll need to know your name and address (see our Privacy statement) and you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. The final screen in the checkout process is the credit card page. A page on Paymate here you simply enter your credit card details and click only once on the "Process Order" button. When you enter your address and your credit card details, all your information is encrypted for safe transmission. Our staff only have access to your order and delivery details. It is possible to place an order by post and enclose a cheque or money order for payment. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your email order post it with your cheque, money order to address provided in the email. |

Please also ensure that you include your daytime phone number and email address so that a staff member may contact you if an item has become unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item. |
